Our mission.
Assets in Motion · (Advanced Integrated Materials)
Our mission is to turn advanced materials into practical products that generate and store energy, add useful functions to surfaces, and support greater energy independence.
We develop energy-generating membranes and tapes, modular storage and intelligent energy systems, alongside functional-surface concepts such as HullGuard marine protection. Through materials integration, product engineering and staged validation, we work to bring these developments into practical use and industrial production.
A development programme built over successive stages.
AIM’s work has progressed from technology evaluation into product engineering, application concepts and a structured industrialisation programme.
Foundation
Technology discovery and evaluation established the starting point for product development.
Architecture
Battery engineering expanded into BatteryBlock, rack, safety and marine application work.
Intelligence & surfaces
Energy Manager, Vessel OS and membrane application concepts broadened the integration scope.
Industrialisation planning
Industrial engagement and a planned Schleswig-Holstein production pathway brought manufacturing and project structure into focus.
Current stage / September 2026
The programme is preparing the next validation steps while progressing industrialisation and financing discussions.
This is a sequence of development work, not a dated certification or completed-production timeline.
Our name. Our focus.
AIM stands for Assets in Motion.
Advanced Integrated Materials is our technology tagline. It describes our area of focus; it is not the company name or the expansion of AIM.
Company & team.
Assets in Motion is operated by AIM | ASSETS IN MOTION LTD, Ireland.
